How stores sell to people who were not looking.
We help online stores turn Facebook and Instagram into orders that still make money after shipping and fees, with the catalog connected and the tracking proven before a dollar goes out.

Right now you are guessing what works
The dashboard says four times return. The bank says something else. Somewhere between the two sits product cost, shipping, fees and a pixel that may or may not be firing where anyone thinks it is.
- Every month of guessing is inventory you cannot move
- Stock sitting in a garage is money you already spent. The cost of not advertising is not zero, it is the carrying cost of everything you bought and have not sold yet.
- Most of the people who wanted it left without buying
- Someone looked at a product, got distracted, and never came back. You already paid to bring them in. Leaving them alone is throwing that money away twice.
- A healthy looking campaign can still be losing money
- Platforms report revenue because revenue is always the bigger number. Measured against margin, plenty of campaigns that look fine are quietly underwater.

What store owners tell us, and what we do about it
Five things we hear on nearly every first call with an online store.
- Nobody is searching for what I sell.
- Then search cannot find you buyers, because there is nothing to catch. Meta puts the product in front of the right person before they know it exists, which is the one thing it does better than Google.
- My return on ad spend looks fine but I am not making money.
- Because the platform reports revenue and you keep margin. We set the target off what is left after product cost, shipping and fees, so the number on the screen is the number in your bank.
- People add to cart and vanish.
- Retargeting puts that exact item back in front of them instead of a generic brand post. It is usually the cheapest revenue in the whole account, and you already paid to bring them in once.
- I tried ads before and the tracking was a mess.
- We put a real order through before launch and confirm the pixel fires on the right page with the right value attached. Most accounts that look broken are not, they are just reporting into the dark.
- My photos are not good enough for ads.
- We will tell you honestly, then tell you exactly what to shoot. For a store the picture does the job the shelf does in a shop, so it is worth fixing, and it is cheaper than you think.
How it works
Four stages. The first one decides whether the rest are worth doing at all.

We work out what an order is actually worth
Not the order value. What is left after product cost, shipping and payment fees. Plenty of stores find out here that a best seller cannot carry paid traffic at all, and it is far better to know that now than in month three.

We connect the catalog and prove the tracking works
Your feed goes in so ads can show the specific item somebody looked at. Then we put a real order through and watch it land, because a pixel firing on the wrong page is the most common reason an account looks like it is failing.

We build creative and launch
Static, product photography, short video, or plain text where that lands better. Several of them, running against each other, rather than betting the budget on whichever looked best in a planning doc.

We retarget, cut and scale
Most people do not buy the first time. The ones who viewed or filled a cart see that exact item again. Everything not paying its way gets switched off and the budget moves to whatever is.
The work so far
Local businesses, real budgets, and what has come out the other side.
- $100k+
- Revenue generated for the businesses we run ads for
- 10+
- Businesses served, online stores among them
- 100%
- Satisfaction rate. Nobody has left unhappy yet
What you get every month
Your ad budget is paid straight to Meta and stays yours to set. Our fee is separate and never comes out of it.
- Campaign setup and account structure built around your actual products
- Product catalog connected, so ads show the item somebody already viewed
- Pixel and conversion tracking tested with a live order before launch
- Creative made for you: static, product photo, short video or text led
- Retargeting for people who viewed a product or left a full cart
- Ongoing testing, with products and audiences that do not pay switched off
- Reporting per product, measured against margin rather than revenue

Before you ask
Selling a service rather than a product? That page is here.
They do different jobs and most stores that scale end up on both. Google catches people who are already searching for the thing you sell, so the intent is high and the sale can be quick, but it is capped by how many people are searching. Meta reaches people before they are looking, which is how you sell something nobody knew existed, and it is far better for showing a product off visually. If your product solves a problem people actively search for, start with Google. If it is something people buy once they see it, start with Meta. If you are already doing well on one, the other is usually the next thing worth testing rather than a replacement.
There are two separate numbers. The ad budget goes straight to Meta, you set it, and you pay the platform directly. What you pay us to run the account is separate and never comes out of that spend. The right starting budget depends on your margin and your average order, so we work it out with you on the first call. What we will not do is take on a budget too small to produce enough sales to learn from, because that spends your money without telling you anything.
Tracking, checked rather than assumed. We put a real order through before launch to confirm the pixel fires on the right page with the right value attached. After that you can see which campaigns and which products produced which orders. Attribution is never perfect on any platform, which is why we also watch whether total revenue moves when the ads do.
It is worth fixing, and it is usually cheaper than you expect. Photography matters more for a store than almost any other kind of business, because the picture is doing the job the shelf does in a shop. We will tell you honestly whether what you have is good enough to run, and if it is not, we will tell you exactly what to shoot rather than sending you off to book a studio.
No. Ads are shown to people we target, not to your followers. Stores with almost no following run profitable ads every day. Growing the account is a side effect of advertising, not the thing you are paying for.
It depends entirely on your margin, which is why anyone quoting you a universal number has not asked the right question. A four times return on ad spend is excellent for one store and a loss for another. We work backwards from what is left on an order after costs, and that figure becomes the line the account has to beat.
Whichever is easier for you. Some people would rather not deal with setting an account up, so we handle it and give you full access from the first day. Others already have one and just give us access. Either way nothing is hidden from you and the work is month to month, so there is no term to sign out of.
