Meta Ads

How service businesses book work from Facebook.

We help local service businesses turn Facebook and Instagram into jobs on the calendar, usually starting inside the first two weeks, without chasing leads yourself and without learning an ad account.

Right now the work decides your month

Three referrals land in the same week, then nothing for two weeks. You cannot hire against that, you cannot plan against it, and when it goes quiet the only thing you can do is wait.

A slow month is the most expensive month you have
The truck payment, the insurance and the crew are the same whether the board is full or empty. A quiet two weeks does not cost you nothing, it costs you everything you were already committed to paying.
Leads go cold while you are under a sink
Somebody who filled in your form filled in two others in the same sitting. If your reply depends on you being free, you are losing jobs to whoever answered first, and it is rarely the cheapest quote that wins.
You cannot fix what nobody is measuring
Without tracking all the way to a booked job, every report is traffic and guesswork. The number that tells you whether to keep going is what a job on the calendar cost, and almost nobody is ever shown it.

What owners tell us, and what we do about it

Five things we hear on almost every first call, and the part of the setup that answers each one.

Work comes in waves and I cannot plan around it.
Paid reach is the one lever you can turn up on a Tuesday when the calendar has a hole in it next month. Referrals cannot do that. You decide the budget, we decide where it lands.
I get leads but half of them are wrong.
Volume is easy to buy and usually worthless. We put the two or three questions that disqualify somebody into the form, so fewer people reach you and more of them are worth driving to.
By the time I call back they have hired someone.
A text goes out the second the lead lands, with a link to pick a time. You are not competing on being free at 2pm, you are competing on being first, and that happens without you.
I do not know what any of it is costing me.
We report cost per lead and cost per booked job. Not reach, not impressions, not a dashboard export. If a town or an ad is not producing work, you see it and we switch it off.

Month to month. Your ad account, your leads, your budget paid straight to Meta. If we stop earning it you stop paying, which is the only version of this that should exist.

How it works

One call from you. We do the rest.

  1. A service business owner taking a phone call beside his van, clipboard in hand.

    One call, about twenty minutes

What you sell, how far you will drive for it, and what one booked job is worth. That last number sets the ceiling on what a lead can cost, and most people have never sat down and worked it out.

  2. Hands going over printed performance charts beside an open laptop.

We build it, you approve it

Targeting, ads, creative, the form and the follow-up. You see all of it before a dollar is spent. Changing something is a message, not a change request.

  3. A tradesperson taking a call from the cab of his van.

It runs and the phone starts

The first couple of weeks are mostly the platform learning who responds to you. Leads often start inside that window, and the cost per booked job drops after it.

  4. A laptop on a desk showing a campaign performance dashboard.

We cut what does not produce work

Most accounts get judged on lead volume, which is the wrong number. We track which ads, towns and audiences end up as jobs on your calendar, and move the budget off everything else.

What you get every month

All of it is in from day one. Nothing here gets quoted separately once you have said yes.

  • Targeting across the towns and the radius you actually serve
  • Ad copy and creative made for you, so you never draft anything
  • A lead form built to qualify people, not just collect names
  • Instant text follow-up the moment a lead comes in, day or night
  • Online booking, so a lead can put itself onto your calendar
  • Ongoing testing, with anything not producing booked work switched off
  • Reporting on cost per lead and cost per job, in plain language

Month to month, and your ad budget is paid straight to Meta. Our fee sits outside it. Get my free ad plan.

Industries we serve

Pages written for the way these trades actually get work. If yours is not here, everything above still applies.

Before you ask

  • They catch people at different moments. Google reaches somebody who already has the problem and is typing it in, so the intent is high and the job can be booked the same day, but you are limited to however many people are searching. Meta reaches people before that, which is how you get in front of somebody whose roof is fine today but will not be in March. For most service businesses the honest answer is that both work and they work better together, so the real question is which one to start with. If people urgently search for what you do, start with Google. If your work is visual, or the need builds slowly, start here.

  • Within seconds, and this is about money rather than politeness. A lead left sitting for four hours has usually booked somebody else by the time you call, and you paid for that lead either way. The automatic reply also covers the hours you cannot: evenings and Sundays are when a lot of people fill these in, and they are exactly when your competition is not picking up.

  • Some of both, and anyone promising otherwise is selling you something. What changes the ratio is what the form asks and what the ad promises. Ask nothing and you get a pile of names. Ask the two or three questions that actually disqualify somebody, and the volume drops while the bookings go up. We would rather send you fewer leads you can close than a bigger number that wastes your week.

  • The leads are yours, always, and they come to you directly rather than sitting in a system you cannot get at. The ad account is whichever is easier for you. Plenty of people would rather not deal with setting one up, so we handle it and give you full access from day one. If you already have one, or you would rather it sat under your own business, we work in yours instead.

  • No. The work is month to month. If it is not producing you should be able to stop, and a long agreement mostly protects the agency from having to keep earning the work.

  • All of it. You set the ad budget and pay the platform directly, so there is no markup sitting between you and your own spend. What you pay us to run the account is separate from that. We will tell you the smallest budget worth starting on for your area, and we will say so if it is higher than you were hoping.

  • Leads stop within a day or two. That is the trade with any paid advertising, and it is why it is usually worth building something slower underneath it, so that a quiet month where you pull the spending back is not a month with nothing coming in.
