How roofers fill the calendar between storms.
We help residential roofing companies put inspections on the calendar from Facebook and Instagram, usually starting inside the first two weeks, without waiting on weather and without you answering a single lead yourself.

Right now you are waiting on weather
A storm comes through and you cannot answer the phone fast enough. Six weeks later it is silent, the crew is standing around, and every roofer in the county is bidding on the same handful of searches. You are running a business on a weather forecast.
- A quiet month costs more than the ads would have
- A crew you keep on through a slow stretch is the most expensive thing in your business, and they are paid whether there is work on the board or not. One extra roof a month covers a lot of advertising.
- The roofs you want are owned by people who are not looking
- Most roofs that need replacing this year belong to somebody who has not thought about it once. They will never type anything into Google. They will stop on a photo of a roof being torn off two streets from their house.
- Every week you wait, somebody else gets the neighborhood
- Roofing is won street by street. The company homeowners have already seen working nearby gets the call. If that is not you, it is whoever started advertising first.

What roofers tell us, and what we do about it
These are the five things we hear on nearly every first call with a roofing company.
- I only get busy when there is a storm.
- We run a low budget year round so the account keeps its learning and your name keeps circulating, then turn it up the week weather moves through. You stop starting from zero every season.
- Half the people who fill my form do not own the house.
- The form asks who owns it, how old the roof is and what it is doing right now, before it ever reaches you. Renters and people pricing a job for 2029 get filtered before you waste a morning on them.
- I am on a roof all day. I cannot answer leads.
- You do not have to. The second a lead lands they get a text and a link to grab an inspection slot. The appointment is booked before you climb down.
- I do not have time for a photo shoot.
- Take three photos on your phone on a job you are already doing. Roof before, tear off halfway, finished from the same spot. We turn those into the ads. That is the whole ask.
- The last guy showed me clicks and I booked nothing.
- Clicks are not the number. We report cost per booked inspection, and anything that does not produce one gets switched off rather than left running to pad a report.
How it works
One call from you. We do the rest.

One call, about twenty minutes
What a roof is worth to you, how far you will send a crew, and what you want more of. We need those three things and almost nothing else from you after this.

We build it and you approve it
Targeting, ads, creative and the booking form. You see it before it runs. If you hate the photos we use different photos.

It goes live and the phone starts
The first couple of weeks are the platform working out who responds to you. Leads often start inside that window, and the cost per inspection drops after it once there is real data behind the targeting.

We cut what does not book
Every month, the ads and towns producing inspections get more budget and the rest get switched off. Your cost per booked job should fall as the account ages, not climb.

Before you ask
Want the homeowners already searching? Google Ads for roofers covers that half.
They catch homeowners at opposite ends of the same problem. Google reaches the person whose roof is leaking right now and who is typing roof repair into their phone, which is the highest intent there is, but you are only ever reaching as many people as are searching that week. Meta reaches the far larger group whose roof is twenty years old and holding, so when the next storm comes through you are the name they already recognize. Storm work is the clearest case for running both: Google catches the emergency calls while Meta works the whole neighborhood around them. If your calendar needs filling this week, start with Google. If you want to stop living storm to storm, start here.
Within seconds. The case for it is strongest in the week after a storm, when every roofer in the county is buried and homeowners are working down a list. Reply at nine on the night of the storm and you book the inspection. Return the call on Thursday and you are quoting against three roofers who already went out and measured.
Both, and the ratio is decided by what the form asks. A form that only collects a name and number produces a lot of people who are pricing a job for three years from now. Adding the questions that actually matter, whether they own the home, what the roof is doing, how old it is, cuts the volume and raises the share worth driving to. We would rather send you six inspections you can sell than thirty appointments that waste a week.
Both, at different levels. Turning everything off between storms means starting from scratch each time, because the account loses the learning it built and the recognition fades. Running a lower budget year round and raising it when weather moves through keeps the campaigns warm and costs less than relaunching. It also stops you competing with every other roofer in town in the same three week window at the worst prices of the year.
Your phone is enough, and roofing is the easiest trade to shoot. The useful ones are a roof before you start, the tear-off in progress, and the finished job from the same angle as the first shot. We will tell you exactly what to take and you can do it as you work. We would rather use a slightly rough photo of a roof you actually did than a polished stock image of somebody else's.
The leads are yours and come straight to you. The ad account is whichever suits you. Most roofers would rather not deal with setting one up, so we handle it and give you full access from the first day. If you already have one, we work in yours. Either way the work is month to month and your ad budget is paid straight to Meta.
It depends on your area and what a roof is worth to you, so we work it out on the first call rather than publishing a number that would be wrong for most people. What we can say is that roofing carries a high enough job value that the arithmetic usually closes, and that a budget too small to produce a handful of inspections a month will not tell you anything useful either way.
